The PaperMountains Refund Policy is as follows:

Full or partial refunds may be agreed by both PaperMountains and the Client as a full and final remedy to a dispute where other means of resolution have failed.

Refunds may be given for reasons including but not limited to repaying overpayments, return of goods or failure of PaperMountains to deliver goods or services.

Refunds for return of goods are subject to the PaperMountains Returns Policy.

Payment of refunds will be made to the client within fourteen working days from the date of agreement by PaperMountains using the same payment method (card, cheque or transfer) used to make the original payment unless an alternative payment method is agreed by both parties.

Nothing in this refund policy detracts from your statutory rights.
